These brackets are used to mount Extron decorator-style products and to allow decorator-style faceplates to fit flush against the surface wherever they are needed.

　　Made of durable, high-impact polycarbonate, these mud rings install without the need to mount to a stud or electrical gang box. Self-tapping screws and backing clips orlocking armssecure the brackets to the drywall, particleboard or other soft-walled material for maximum placement flexibility. The modular system ensures integrators always have the correct size on hand. For convenience, the MRDSeries mud rings ship with extension kits for in-field expansion to the next largest size. The brackets are available preassembled in standard two-gang size in black high impact polycarbonate.
