The BARCODATA 3200 is BARCO's new high-performance single lens LCD light-valve projector. Based on an innovative optical system, with a new 700 Watt metal-halide lamp, the BARCODATA 3200 offers a high light output of 1,450 lumens full white on screens up to 10 m (33 ft) wide.
Its compact design, easy set-up, unequaled compatibility and versatility make the BARCODATA 3200 a powerful and dynamic presentation device for boardrooms, training centers, rental business, lecture halls, trade shows and auditoriums.
Easy set-up and control
Based on an innovative, highly efficient opticalm system, which offers extremely bright and crystal clear images, even in high ambient light conditions.
It features high resolution 3" active matrix LCDs, screens up to 10m (33ft.) wide. A compact, light weight chassis complemented by an ergonomically styled cabinet. Furthermore it includes a built-in stereo audio amplifier (2X10 W), and a loudspeaker.
Universal, flexible LCD projector
The BARCODATA 3200 can display video images in composite, S-video, component or RGB analog format. It is compatible with all desktop and laptop computers, Macintosh computers as well as electronic workstations with a resolution up to 1,180 x 900 pixels.
The BARCODATA 3200 features a complete range of high definition lenses, user adjustable geometry corrections and single or dual projector configurations.
Flexible installation configurations
The projector can be used in front or rear-screen installations, and in table or ceiling mount configurations. In addition, the projector can be controlled from a PC through BARCO's optional Windows Communication Software.
Compact design
The projector features a compact, lightweight chassis complemented by an ergonomically styled cabinet, which fits perfectly into most of today’s presentation and training environments.
High light output
A powerful 700 W metal-halide lamp (2) produces a very bright full-white light beam. The parabolic cold light reflector (1) guarantees an almost perfectly parallel light beam. The illumination system (3) provides exceptionally uniform light distribution over the entire screen. The light beam is separated into its red, green and blue spectral components by means of two dichroic mirrors (4). The three active matrix Liquid Crystal Twisted Nematic Light modulators (6) create the red, green and blue component of the picture by modulating the light coming from the lamp (similar to the operation of an ordinary slide projector, except the slide is in this case a moving picture). The three spectral components are recombined into one image using two dichroic mirrors (7), and enlarged onto the screen (9) by the lens (8).
