投标人应具备的资格或业绩：1)投标人必须是从事相关系统生产与销售5年或以上的合法企业集团或独立生产厂商;或其针对本项目唯一授权的代理商(提供相关证明材料); 2)投标人所投系统从2013年以来至少在中国民用航空机场有一个成功案例，提供合同予以证明; 3)投标人名称应与招标代理机构的购标登记表上的名称一致。如不一致，投标文件将予以拒绝接受。 4)本项目不允许联合体投标。

Qualifications or Performance：1) The bidder must be a legal enterprise group or an independent manufacturer engaged in production and sales of related systems for 5 years or more, or an agent authorized solely for this project (provide relevant certification materials); 2) The bidder's investment system has had at least one successful case at the China Civil Aviation Airport since 2013 and provided a contract to prove it; 3) The bidder's name should be the same as the name on the bid purchase registration form of the bidding agency. If not, the bid document will be rejected. 4) This project does not allow consortium bids.
